Typical Waffle House,weak coffe, could care less about you as a customer, and food was average. Wait staff was just trying to make it through their shift.

Nothing bad or wrong with the waffle house. Always good and cheap food. Excellent coffee.

The staff here are terrible. I went in 7/8/2024, to order a waffle and hash browns to go. I had a coupon for a free waffle and hash browns. The waitresses went back and forth about it for about 5 minutes, telling me they shouldn’t give it to me for free and that I HAD to make a purchase before I could use the coupon. After to speaking to a manager, they decided my coupon was valid and I could place my order. They did not want to give it to me for free as the coupon said. I eventually got to place my order and I went to a booth to sit down and wait. Mind you, it only took about 6 minutes for my order to be ready. I sat down at the booth and was approached by one of the waitresses and she says “maam, I know we are not busy, but we reserve these booths for paying customers.” She then asked me to move and sit in a chair by the windows. ( I believe this is because of racial issues. No one else had to move.) I was completely embarrassed and so angry. I will NEVER order from this Waffle House again, nor any other. No one, deserves this kind of treatment.

They played the music so load u can't here u think. What u want to eat I will not come here to eat. The the table is not clean at all

You cannot place a to go order via the the phone. It must be done online and online you cannot order a side of eggs so I had to go into the store to place the order. However, after placing the order in the store, it only took five minutes to receive it.

Watched Jennifer mentally abuse the two employees. Didn’t even want to stay to put an order in. Absolutely disgusting human being. Get some managerial training there ASAP!!! Keep the seasoned grill.

Super great service. And good food. That made it a nice 1st time ever at a Waffle House. The only thing I didn't really like was the atmosphere with the lack of more private tables.

Fast and friendly service, cheap but good food.

The waitress was very rude towards one person in our party that was of different color than everyone else in our party. She was rude during ordering drinks and wouldn’t accept my order from my fiancé bc I was in the restroom. She took his menu before he could order and skipped right over him while taking orders and was closing his menu on him while he was looking. She served me watered down orange juice then proceed to change it after she made my drink then I told her it was wrong and then she tells me oh yeah it just went out. She is an older lady tall skinny and seemed (no offence) like she was on drugs talking to herself and doing crazy stuff. My fiancé actually didn’t order bc of how he was treated and ended up leaving.

Grits were so cold they wouldn't melt butter

My wife ended up with food poisoning, was very sick the following week my friend eat there same thing happened to him this is not normal and never have we gotten sick in the past but this happened

At walked in they didn't greet or nothing.. Only thing we was asked if it was a to-go We was gonna dine in but we felted kicked They was mopping the whole saloon floor with strong bleach.. at 10 am ... we got 3 breakfast orders... no drinks .. no extras and got charge $49. And some change .. upon asking she stated that it was a to go fee and it was posted on the door ... we got denied a recipt she stated the recipt stays with the "yellow slip" as she staple them together and slide them by the register.. the order was out extremely fast (less than 5 minutes) the waffles was extremely chewy almost like rubber, and so was the toasts.. grits was extremely watery, the strawberry waffle it's nothing but sour freeze dry strawberrys mix in the batter.. only 1 syrup it's offered per waffle and they don't carry ketchup in packets.. overall a horrible experience ..it's a never again for this location..

Got food fast, but had to ask for the condiments usually served with the food.

I had very little experience with Waffle House prior to moving to Florida. They didn't have them where I grew up. This has turned out to be my favorite place for breakfast now. The food is normally always great. The prices are very reasonable compared to the competition. This location in particular has wonderful staff who always seem to be happy to be there and serving others. Keep up the good work!

It was a Waffle House so the food was delicious. I think we were there when they were training a couple of new staff, so the service was a work in progress, but the one who seemed to be the manager was very nice and was working with the crew.

Our server deserves a raise! We were greeted at the table as distant friends that hadn't seen each other for years. The food was as good as expected, but, the service was top shelf. We'll be back this week!

I walked in an sat down waiting to order, Sat there 5 minutes or more waiting for anyone to even acknowledge that I was even there and it would be a minute. I got nothing. Made eye contact with multiple employees and got absolutely nothing not even a hello. Doesn’t make the experience better seeing how I was the only person of color. I will avoid the Lynn Haven location do to the poor customer service

Kyla was kinda rude to my kid when he thanked her for his food. She just turned away. Then, I asked for butter twice for the only waffle we bought, I thanked her, she just turned again. Common decency goes a long way!

I ordered an all-star for to go and they forgot the bacon. The guy in there always has some sort of attitude. I will not be coming back here, rather go to the one on 23rd st.

Our go to spot of late night food. Great customer service. Food was cooked as ordered. Not many patrons that night which made out wait time shorter than normal. Clean restroom and food prep area was clean.

I am a frequent 2am to go order customer at least 1 time a week sometimes 2 or 3 times a week... This waffle house is the best I have ever had.. from the food that is cooked to order to the customer service that you receive the moment you pop through the door... Everything about this waffle house makes it the best one I have ever visited

I went in one night to order and waited and waited for someone to even acknowledge I was there. I was told to hold on finally after sitting there for about 10 to 15 minutes. I waited another 15 and still hadn't been brought so much as a menu or a drink. I was very disappointed. Can't say how the food was because I left. Sad because they weren't even that busy.

Disgusting. For starters the cashier was rude. They gave my friend a burnt waffle then she had a slight attitude when she had to remake it. I paid $6 for cheese eggs for me to get back to my air bnb and there’s no cheese on the eggs, let alone my whole meal tasted burnt like they didn’t clean off the cooking pans. Highly disappointed!

By far the best waffle house in Panama city. Staff are super friendly and work together like a well oiled machine. Food was hot, fast service and overall a great lunch

The waitress at night was a little ditzy, forgot she had already taken my order, took 15 minutes to give it to the chef, and told him the wrong thing. Chef made up for it but shouldn't have had to. After realizing she was messing up way too much, she started paying more attention and finally got back to business.

I hate to give 2 stars bc any other time I can give 5+......I frequent this store at least on a weekly basis and service and food is ALWAYS impeccable... however on today (1/10/23) I don't know what happened....I ordered my usual (fiesta omelette w hash smothered n covered)....I have nothing but a big scrambled egg....there is barely any toppings added and my hash....they are borderline raw.....I literally can't even eat it and it upsets me because I am starving but I don't have time to go back and have them replace it😭. I called and notified them, but I really feel that it went no further than the other end of the phone receiver🤷. This will not deter me from returning.... however I hope that this does not happen again! Side note ... morning crew is awesome....they are always helpful and so nice!

Literally watched the phone ring snd ring and ring with 5 customers in the store and the cook literally told the serves not to answer the phone...this is very poor customer service!!

The food was great, and the staff was fantastic. We were there as an entirely new crew of fresh faced, polite new workers trained and everyone was wonderful, even as they took their time to get it right! Highly recommend this location! May I also point out how sad it is that they have to post a sign asking that their customers not be cruel to them?

Rude, racist, raggedy, ratchet and just plain nasty! How do you work somewhere that has menus laid out and you still make the wrong order?! The old lady that took the order was extremely rude and tried to charge more for lettuce and tomato, that were supposed to be on my original order if she had entered it correctly. The food tasted like it had dish soap mixed in with it it was absolutely disgusting and I do not recommend eating here go elsewhere if you can! Disgusting!! Never again!!!

The Lynn Haven Waffle House is the best!!! Tammy & I enjoyed our favorite order. She loves to get bacon, egg & cheese & I love to get the sausage, egg & cheese has brown bowl. Then we share one of their awesome waffles! The staff has always been friendly & helpful. Cooks included!

It was very cool because we were just passing thru and my daughter is a diabetic and she had to use the restroom and they were nice enough let her just walk in and use the restroom. They could of easily said customers only. Thank you Waffle House

Staff is friendly. Food very fresh and prepared as ordered. The parking was easy in a well maintained parking lot. The eggs were cooked properly which can be difficult to get over easy eggs to be completely cooked and have the yolks still be lose and dripping. Coffee was also excellent. Very well run location. It was great.
