Food was fresh and fast lobby was clean staff was very friendly

Expensive, way over priced. 42 dollars for 2 med double burgers combo

My sandwich was not made as per my order. The order was repeated to me and the receipt was correct but the burger had ketchup which I do not prefer and that I did not order.

Ok but not the best whataburger can do. That I have had before. At other whataburgers

I was standing in front of all the workers waiting for about two minutes for them to give me some ketchup. When they finally gave it to me, they threw it in the bag and the employee got upset. I asked for spicy too. When he turned around, he repeated what I told him in a mocking manner.

Huge burgers, very tasty. Drive thru left a couple items out of our order/bag so we had to go back. Went inside to fix the order. Got outside and realized it was still wrong, had to go back inside a second time. But finally got it straightened out.

It's mid... sometimes you get a decent burger and sometimes its gross

Really never had an issue here till today took 10 mins for someone to finally take my order and when they did the woman who took it came up to register saying I really don’t want to take there order extremely unprofessional and rude.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but often I've had problems with this location and they're my preferred location to eat, and I just ignore them. Today was a different story. I arrived, told them my name for my pickup order, waited behind 2 other cars (for at least 10-15 minutes), when it was my turn NO one came to the window. I waited and waited for an additional 15 minutes, then someone came to the window. (Mind you employees were talking and walking back and forth in front of my view and some looked at me) He asked what I was there for and I told him a mobile pick up order, and then goes to the back and grabs my food... Then he asks me what beverages I had and I told him a soda and a milkshake. He proceeded to tell me that the soda machine was out, yet I saw employees going to the soda machine and drinking it. He asked if I just wanted an additional milkshake and annoyed and frustrated I just said yes. Once I was able to stop and check my food. The sandwich was sloppy and sauce every where on the wrapper, the milkshakes were runny, my wings/ sandwhich/fries were cold. I had to come home and reheat my food just to make it bearable to eat... Overall I think they need to make sure to tell customers when something is out. Consistently check in with the customer at the window, and provide a better experience. I love Whataburger and highly recommend it but this was really frustrating and annoying.

Hate they no longer have the mushroom Swiss burger.

Haven't had Whataburger in years. It was great. Husband said best onion rings he's had in forever. Came back today 7/28/24

Slammin burger every time. Never dissatisfied.

Team member got order wrong and overcharged us. Then the team member had to get the manager to fix it. Manager didnt know how to complete the correction on the debit card in which our food was charged, but instead gave us the difference back in cash.

Usually has good food but usually always messes my order up and have to pay multiple times or overcharged when asking for smaller sizes for a child. usually something simple they mess up on because they are not paying attention.

Always a great experience and they always are willing to make something right if an order was messed up. Would 100% recomend

We order there every wk or every other wk just about. EVERY time I get a delivery I CONSTANTLY have food missing. Whether sandwiches, drinks or shakes. OR I am given wrong flavor/size of shake. We order $60-$90 worth of food each time depending on who is home or friends/family over. I should NOT have to keep driving up there the same day/night or next time I am in area to get my food!!!!! HOW hard is it to ck the order 2-3 times before getting ready for a delivery???? The whole point of delivery is so we don't have to go get it. But yet this location ALWAYS manages to screw it up.(thats putting it PG-13 nicely!) I mean seriously a 8 yr old can read, pack a bag & double ck it. It's not rocket science! Tried to go to the drive thru but some jerk sat there not ordering for about 15 minutes. I went inside and stood there for another 5 before anyone took my order.

It was not good, the burger was pretty cold, kind of stale cold fries as well. They forgot our kids juice boxes also.

We had really good service. 👍🏼 Everything came out great. No complaints. Nice to now live near a Whataburger.

I never feel rushed to make an order and when using the drive-thru, the staff is always courteous, especially when my dog is riding along for his favorite Whataburger Jr.

There's a great crew working when we had dinner there. All of them very nice and pleasant to talk to.

Great worship music, the pastor and his wife are funny and chill but still teach the word ! 📖

Hot food and great customer service!

If a greasy spoon & fast food got married. The worst burger I’ve ever had. Little to no sweet ‘n sour sauce on top. Sparse toppings. Stringy uncooked bacon. Cheese wasn’t melted. Ordered 3pc chicken tenders & they didn’t give me any sauce. “Texas toast” is just a thin piece of Wonder bread. No desire to return.

I don't have much to say we went to drive through to order our meal.

Had some points to use so managed to get a good deal on dinner and try out their new double steak burger. It was very good. A good visit.

The burger was decent, but I expected it to be better. The service was very good and the restaurant was pretty clean. I've gotten much better burgers at five guys, but they're just way too expensive anymore.

We always have a great experience at this location. We was having an issue with the app and the cashier in the drive thru went above and beyond to fix the matter. It's always worth the hour drive.

What's not to like......It's Whataburger

Never waited longer than 10 minutes at this Whataburger. Great service and great location. Update: after having this as my home whataburger for 2 years, today I told them I was moving away as I went through the drive thru. The sweet girl at the window put cookies in my bag and I didn't realize til I drove away. Thank you to this store for being so great!

Very rude and unprofessional girl named Druscilla at the drive thru. She needs customer service training to say the least. My order was not correct and there was a long wait time for food. The food that was received was only warm, nowhere near fresh and hot. This place & drive thru employee deserves zero stars.

I came here for breakfast through the drive thru a few days ago. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and a coffee. The food was wonderful but the coffee was terrible. The bottom was filled with grounds and I could hardly drink it. But the woman at the drive thru was really nice. I recommend this one, just not the coffee.

They are better than burger king.

Don’t bother putting in an online order, you won’t get your stuff any faster. I made a mobile order while I was still miles away from the store. When I got there I pulled into the curbside space, because this location has the drive through disabled for some reason. Then as I’m waiting at least 15 minutes over the latest time my order was supposed to be ready. An employee comes out to a truck that parked 5 minutes after I got there. The worker proceeds to tell me mine isn’t ready yet but sit and chit chat with this regular about his family and how it’s all going. Guess I have to come in every single day like a lonely old man to get some decent service from the older lady running food this morning. Terrible service. If your too lazy to make the food and walk it out at least make it where I can hold up your drive through while I wait so it might get done faster.

If you do not have the time or patience to take the order of a person who is spending their money then maybe this didn’t the job for you. My husband and I are from Texas and Whataburger has always been our go to for good hamburgers. Best one was in Quinlan TX or Pnce DeLeon FL! Anyways this one has always been pretty good until yesterday. I ordered my burger with no lettuce. For some reason fast food lettuce tears my stomach up. They ended up putting lettuce on it and taking off tomatoes. I don’t normally get upset about it. Mistakes get made and it’s fine. But the amount of pickles and mustard they put on there made me gag. I couldn’t eat my hamburger with out taking a napkin and removing everything except the patties and cheese. My husband’s burger wasn’t good either. His Pattie was in pieces and looked like it had been chewed on already. We were upset bc of how much we spent and bad it ended up being. At least we still have the one in Ponce DeLeon that has always been amazing!

Loved the white chocolate raspberry shakes when they were available. It’s so nice to know they are open 24/7. Good food and good price.

Quick service at this location. It's much appreciated. I've been to other locations where it's a lawn wait time even for orders that have order been paid for online. So I appreciate that this particular location. Make sure that you get your order promptly instead of waiting a very long time

Whataburger has always been one of my favorite burger joints, but their breakfast is a recent surprise to me. The honey butter chicken biscuit is delicious!!

This was my first time at Whataburger. I was in Florida for the night so I figured I would try it. The young men that were at the drive through were very kind and respectful. The food I ordered was hot and was really tasty. 10/10. Bring these to SC please!

Staff was not interested in helping customers, the girl that helped me was not friendly, barely acknowledged me or anyone waiting. And then didn't even get drinks with my order

Food is good but today I had to wait about 30 minutes in the drive thru for 1 meal is this normal? At least let me know before I pay so im not trapped waiting for half my lunch hour

This Whatburger is an extremely we'll run business. The food is always 100% consistent and the staff they hire is the nicest bunch of kids you'll ever encounter at any fast food place. It's our go-to burger stop.

Yum yum yum but now I'm big mad we don't have a Whataburger in GA, lol. Holy moly everything was good. My husband and I tried 3 different burgers because we couldn't make up our minds and nothing disappointed.

Whataburger is the only true 24-hour place in this town. McDs lies about their restaurants being 24 hours, but not here. Once all the others have turned off the lights, Whataburger is still open and ready to fill hungry bellies.

I’m Texas born, so i’m obviously going to love Whataburger no matter what, but it’s a plus that i get a discount from my friend that works there.

I ordered food at this location Monday October 30, the last three times the burger is cold and put together so sloppy and the burgers are so thin I could hardly taste the meat. I probably won't be eating there again. Quality has gone downhill!!

It was a bathroom stop, clean as most of Whataburger locations.

I ordered a burger, and it took 15 minutes to get. Apparently, we were waiting on my husband's food because my burger was ice cold. I asked them to remake it, but they forgot about me. They lied and said they were short-handed, but I saw at least 10 employees there. I asked for my money back, and I'm still waiting for the money to hit my bank account. (Over a week later) 35 minutes wasted, and all I got to eat was fries.

Building is showing its age, but it looks like they are working on it. The dining room at times feels more like the freezer. The staff is always kind and prompt with our orders.

Food is great so long as you are willing to wait 20-25 minutes in the drive through for it to be ready. Fast food this is not.

It was horrible. Food was cold. Burger and fries. Dirty lobby. Bunch of inexperienced kids running the place. Pitiful!! Everyone in the place was complaining.

Went there on duty. Busy night. Only had a few minutes. Only person in the restaurant when I ordered. After 20 minutes, and several other customers coming and going with their food. I requested a refund so I could leave. Instead, the cashier said she would make my food real quick. Then, I was told we were waiting on fries. I eventually left with my drink and a burger (no fries) after 30 minutes. If I could submit zero stars, I would.

I went through the drive-thru for the late night breakfast. The drive-thru person was very nice, and they got my order to me in a fast professional manner.

Stopped here at lunch time Saturday. There was a line at the drive-thru and the lot had a good amount of cars. With that said, placed our order within two minutes of getting in-line. We ordered a Whataburger with cheese, #1, and the Jalapeño and cheese burger, #4. Hannah, the person who was on the intercom was friendly, clear, and concise as she repeated our order and asked us if we wanted all the items that were on our respective burgers. We asked for a plain hamburger for our dogs…nothing…and she even asked about no seasoning and what size patty. I let her Hannah know it was for our dogs to enjoy, which she acknowledged. Hannah also asked if we wanted the Spicy Ketchup. We waited about 6 minutes between placing our order to arriving at the window. We were greeted by a friendly lady who got us in and out. She waved to our dogs too…lol Our order was spot on. Burgers weren’t super hot but they weren’t warm either…just right. Fresh crisp vegetables, just the right amount of mustard, and the cheese was still warm and gooey. All on fresh buns. The fries and onion rings were still hot, seasoned just right, and paired nicely with the spicy ketchup. The unsweet iced tea was just what was needed to wash down the delicious meal and cool us off on a warm summer’s day. This was our first time at this location and what a great impression they made!!
