No complaints delicious sushi and pad Thai,nice server.

Our visit here was super great. The server was the only one on shift and got slammed but she handled it wonderfully! Still checked in with tabels and brought out food in a very timely manner. Will definitely be back!

Kiss of Fire is one of the best rolls I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

NOTHING COMPARES TO SUSHI ONE. My husband and I are travelers and have had sushi all over and nothing stands up.

I haven't had such attentive, quick and friendly service in years. The food was wonderful. We were only in Greeley because my mom is in the hospital here. I wish we had such a wonderful small restaurant near us. Don't hesitate to give it a try!!!

Every single time that we order from Sushi one, we get amazing food. The few times we have come in to sit down, our experience is always incredible. The staff is always great. My daughter and I came in and our server was Leslie. I cannot express how amazing she was. She is so genuinely sweet. They were busy with a lunch rush and she never went long without checking on us. Sushi one really knows how to pick amazing staff.

Sushi and other dishes are all soo good. Our favorite date night dinner. Highly recommend ;)

I love coming to Sushi One. Every time I order from here, I always get amazing food. Today, my daughter and I came in and actually sat down to dine in. There was a small error with my food, and when I let our server Alex know, he was extremely kind and very helpful. He let the chef know, and they offered us complementary mochi for the inconvenience. I normally would have declined but my daughter was very excited about it. She left with a smile on her face and I got the joy of seeing her joy. Alex is amazing, he was very busy, training a new server Luke, who was also very good. Alex made our experience a good one, while being busy and also training a new staff member. Thank you so much Alex. Sushi One, you have a great employee. You guys rock!

Great food and great customer service

This place is really special, between unique rolls and fresh, healthy options, this place is phenomenal. My only gripes are the limited space, and the prices can be a bit steep.

The spirit bomb with spicy crab meat is amazing! I also had the spider roll! There are no words, it was that good. Service is always fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean. The patio is nicely shaded. I love eating here!

This is a must stop place everytime the wife and I swing down from Casper. Their food is beyond delicious!!! The tempura spicy tuna is to die for. I was never really a sushi person until we ate here one time. Good job guys!!!! You will always be on the list when we check in down in Greeley.

This place is great Kattii waited on us and I asked her to make a different suchi than what was on the menu. I loved the service. She is very helpful. They should give her a raise.

Update - It's been some time since we visited Sushi One. I'm not sure what happened but we noticed that all the regular sushi chefs were no longer there, and we noticed a significant difference in the quality of the food. We ordered the Rangoons as an appetizer and they came out dripping grease. Kinda gross. The rest of the rolls and sashimi were also not up the usual standards we expect from this place. The service was still good. I originally rated them at 5 stars, but unfortunately I have to drop my rating because of the this. I hope they are able to improve the quality of their food, because we really enjoyed this place. Fingers crossed. OMG some of the best sushi I’ve had in years. It’s a small place with limited seating but a great atmosphere with some outdoor seating. We sat at the bar and spoke with the sushi chefs. Great bunch of guys. Troy was the chef that did most of our platter. They have a very unique menu. It was sooo good. This is our new go-to sushi restaurant. Love it.

The Sushi here is top knotch!! This is a smaller establishment with limited seating however the service and atmosphere is fantastic. I highly recommend.

Everything I've tried here has been delicious! Great service and employees too! My 5 and 8 year old granddaughters love the Miso soup and the delicious chicken fried rice.

Customer service is what they need! Two couples came in to dine in & they said they were closed when it was not 8:30pm to close on a Thursday! Very sad, how they mistreat people and don’t answer the phone for a simple pick up order.

Prices must have gone up since we last ate there. It was much more than we've paid in the past. The food is still amazing though so I'm sure we'll be back.

THE go-to sushi spot for my wife and I. We are regulars at this point. I usually have the Rattlesnake, and she has the mango tango. The staff is amazing and super friendly!

The waitress was nice enough when she was there. Like 6 other tables out there and she had plenty of time for them but on checked on when she brought the food and the check. Still gave her a tip but I don't belive she deserved it

This is the place, been going here almost every weekend for the past month to try their EXTENSIVE menu and options. The vibe is so chill and the patio is very nice to enjoy a warm evening. THE PATIO IS PET FRIENDLY, came here with my Golden Doodle and they brought him a doggy water bowl! How welcoming! Best experience with the server Vika, she is so sweet, funny, and knows the menu well. I would definitely recommend this place for family eating, a date, getting together with friends, any occasion! The mango tango with the kiss of fire sauce is a great mix! We got the banana spring rolls at the end of our delicious meal, and OMG the ice cream is sooooo good but the banana spring roll………. DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I’ll be a regular here because this place never fails.

Never had a bad bite here. This is my daughter's favorite food spot in all of Greeley. Mad cow is my favorite, and the Spirit bomb is an awesome starter.

As always good Sushi, really enjoyed the Las Vegas roll. Back again and enjoyed the tempura rolls, got the lunch specials, and it did not disappoint .

The service is terrible now. We told our waitress that we are ready to order and she declined and decided to answer phone calls instead.

We ordered dinner for family coming from out of town. We were INCREDIBLY disappointed. The fish tasted bad and we ended up throwing a lot of it away which was really disappointing because it was very expensive. There was no ginger or wasabi, there were hairs in some of the food😭, and the “avocado rolls” for our vegetarians were crab rolls with an avocado garnish and were DRENCHED in so much mayo not even the seafood eaters wanted it. If we hadn’t ordered out I would’ve sent most items back into the kitchen….I NEVER send food back to the kitchen. If you order out check the food😒

This is the worst sushi I have ever had, and I eat at sushi restaurants all over the country. They put way too much filler in everything and the rolls fell apart as I tried to pick them up. Rice not cooked properly.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE. was seated quickly but they refused service. No greeting not even a glass of water. Sat in the corner for 25mins until a server from a different section decided to come over as we were getting up to leave. We had customers who came in after us,that were served in a different section, but the girl who was supposed to be serving us completely ignored to even acknowledge us. Even after serving the table next to us. A simple hello I will be with you in a moment would have sufficed. Definitely train that server better and please have her acknowledge your customers so you won’t have more who walk out of your restaurant as my family did today.

Maybe we hit an off day based on other reviews but wow. Not worth the insane price. We needed up just grabbing our kids and leaving because I’m fairly certain the waiter forgot us. It wasn’t busy at all. He was super nice but just not very attentive. We’re gonna call and try to get our money back. We threw away over 80 dollars worth of sushi because it was not good. I think it had been sitting there at room temp for some time. Maybe we just had bad luck but I won’t try it again.

Everyone enjoyed the food. The service was great. The restaurant is very clean. It was a wonderful dining experience.

Incredible sushi and wonderful staff. The place is pretty small and so popular that it definitely got loud at noon. I wouldn't personally eat there in peak time. But takeout is 100% worth it!!

Worst service yet. One waiter for the entire floor. Other employees just standing around. To go orders seemed to be priority. Ended up waiting an hour for our food and food came out slowly we watched each other eat since we all received our food at different times. No explanation on delay just a half hearted apology. Won't be returning.

El pad thai nada que ver como yo lo conocía. Oh an cambiado la receta oh an cambiado el cocinero Hoy ordene ese platillo y me mandaron una pasta con pollo y poco sabor fue todo no me gusto la comí porque tenía hambre. Pero mo me gusto

OMG Guys, this place is awesome! The staff are amazing and the sushi is the best I have ever had! The rattlesnake roll was our favorite but all of it was very tasty! The presentation was very rustic and beautifully done. The owners did an amazing job with this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and splurge, it’s well worth it!

I don't eat sushi very much, but when I do, this is one of the go-to places.

Best sushi in Greeley, hands down. Need some spice, the Las Vegas roll. Need a creamy buttery seafood roll, the Golden Bridge. Need something that sticks to the ribs and is unusual, try the "Holy Cow" roll topped with seared beef and crispy fried onions. We often get tempura shrimp roll, baby lobster roll, pumpkin roll, harvest roll, and avocado roll. They have multiple vegetarian selections. Everything is great. Bayou bites are an addictive appetizer with the garlicy sweet & spicy sauce. Edemame is also great. Have I mentioned the complimentary miso soup?! Have a non sushi lover in your group; they have a great teriyaki chicken meal and other selections with beef or salmon that comes with rice and veggies on the entree menu. I can't say enough about the food. The only drawback is that the place has been discovered, there is no seating to wait for a table and they are very busy. Many wait in their cars for their table in the winter, but so worth the wait.

I had already eaten one of the spicy tuna tempura before taking a picture. We absolutely love this place. I did a takeout order (lunch special). I am never disappointed this place is fantastic. When we dine in, my younger boys love the teriyaki chicken kids' meal, and it's a great portion size!!

Nice syaff,quick service, the seating was a little tight but the food way delicious! I had the teriyaki chicken and I loved it .I don't eat sushi but my friends invited me so I'm happy they had options for me!!I wish I would have took photos the plating is beautiful I will next time!

We decided to try Sushi One for lunch today. Not very good. Service was ok. We asked 3 different times about both miso soup AND salad, as stated on the menu, and were told that it was one or the other but not both. My wife ordered udon with tempora which came out almost 10 minutes before our sushi came out, which took forever. My daughter had the sampler that she said was ok. I had the 3 roll lunch. The rolls were not very big resulting in very thin pieces. In two rolls the rice in places was hard and crunchy. The flavor for the yellow tail and eel was missing, possibly due to the small about of both in the rolls. It was pretty expensive and we all agreed that we did not get very good value for what we paid.

I wish I would have taken a picture for this review! Been going to Sushi One for years now and I can truly say I’ve never been disappointed! I always have the Bento Special that comes with a miso soup, which is always delicious. I also recommend the Chicken Katsu! Wish Tonkatsu was a option but hopefully that’s added in the future!

Absolutely amazing experience. Only server was a blur, never stopping or faltering, worked tables and cleaned the whole time. Atmosphere was great, quiet but not lonely. Food was incredible!! Udon were springy and flavorful, tempura was crunchy and everything tasted so good. Caterpillar roll was heavenly. I am making this place a staple in my rotation.

Rude staff, food was mediocre. Waitress was picking up on my date. The table was dirty. Real bad experience.

More like Sushi Zero. Place is awful. Our rolls tasted like they had been sitting out all day, server was rude as hell, prices were ridiculous. Do not recommend.

12/26/22- keep in mind that most of the restaurants are a bit busy during these holidays. Well we waited 20 minutes to seat then at least 5 min. Just to be asked what we want to drink. Then we ordered sides of rice which came normally before the meal but with so many new staffs that they don’t know the routine. Ask if nothing else before or with meal. Then when our check was given to us over an hour later they add gratuity on parties of 5 or 8 is what the waitress stated (we were 6) which is fine but we waited a long time just to ask what we want to drink not to mention how long we wait for the food. 18% which to me is a bit more then I would pay due to the service we got. I don’t mind paying 20% if we are attested to in a timely fashion. The time was a factory cause we were on our lunch break! Merry Christmas 2022

Sushi 1 is the best place in Greeley to get sushi, hands down!! The rolls are reasonably priced for amazing quality. You also get free miso with an order of rolls - as we were told it’s the best in Greeley, and that is an accurate statement! The wait staff is also super attentive and kind - last time in we had Tara and she went above and beyond. You will not be disappointed if you go to sushi 1!

Spicy garlic edamame, steamed pork gyoza, tuna sashimi, fatty salmon sashimi, albacore sashimi, superman burrito, rattlesnake roll, unagi bomb, yellowtail maki, tuna maki, miso soup, and water. The service was amazing and the food is the best sushi I have had in the year I have been in NoCo. 100% recommend this place to anyone that loves sushi, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Will be back many more times for sure!

Never had anything I didn't like. Sushi is great, appetizers hit home. Music is upbeat and atmosphere is tight but in the summer seat your buns on the patio.

Some of the best sushi I have had in a while! Great lunch special with a fantastic list of specialty rolls. Can't remember which one but we had an eel roll that was sublime!

We chose Sushi One for take out tonight and man, we loved it all. We had the Cajun Shrimp roll, Hawaiian Roll, Japanese Lasagna roll and Mango Tango roll, with soup and salad. Amazingly delicious! Staff was friendly and appreciative of our business. We will absolutely be back!

Hand down best Sushi in greeley, and the staff is always friendly. Prices are to be expected for a sushi restaurant, $25 dollars for a roll and an appetizer isn't outrageous, but is a little pricey. Again that seems to be the norm for sushi these days. Highly recommend though, well worth the money.

Usually the food here is excellent. Sushi was mediocre and the salad was swimming in dressing(literally). Ordered a dessert first and received 4 rolls the size of Vienna sausages stuffed with bananas. Three heaping scoops of ice cream topped with freezer burned berries. It will definitely be a awhile before we return after paying $100 for a not so great meal!

My husband says it's the best sushi in town. I really like the Tereyaki Chicken. Service was good, the Mai Tai is delicious if a little light on alcohol. Would recommend.
