Unfortunate Sunday morning visit. We ordered at 8:17 there was one couple ahead of us. We didn’t get our 2 coffees until 8:46 and were late getting to our kid’s baseball game. This is insane. Wanted to support local rather than Starbucks but wouldn’t choose this place again.

Josephine was exceptional. Huge wave of people and she rocked it as if she had been there for longer than 2 weeks. Way to go! Josephine. I will say that charging $4.05 for a chocolate chip cookie is absurd. If you want people to come back, don't rip them off on baked goods. Also, your outdoor patio furniture needs help. You only have a few chairs that are worth sitting in and the other ones are ripped and should not be used.

Good service, but pricey for Greeley, Boulder owned, and priced as such.

I used to love this coffee shop. Something has changed, and not for the better. Recently purchased a TECO sandwich and it had zero pesto and a moldy onion. I even wrote to management about it on their website and haven't heard a single response. One would think that one would care about such a grave health violation, but I guess there is little care and honor these days. Gave them another shot later and they gave me just an EC sandwich – that is, just the egg and cheese on a dry ****ing bagel. It was awful. Once a loyal customer, for several years, but I think I'm done giving my business to The Blue Mug. Shame.

Came here early for a cup of coffee while waiting for my kids sporting event nearby. Great ambience, friendly and calm. Coffee was truly a great brew- I mixed the jazzy java and dark side of the mug, added cream and a little sweetener. Coffee shops can feel pretentious, or loud sometimes, this was a great start to my day. Thank you!

Coffee was just ok..prices are good, service was good

Service was slow and there wasn’t anyone in line. It seems like there are under staffed.

Just skip the drive-thru and buy a Nespresso. I make a salted caramel latte every morning in 3 min for $1.25. This drive-thru takes longer, costs four times as much, and tastes awful. If you have time to sit and chat it's a nice space.

Decent coffee, good meeting location. Hours on Google aren’t up to date. Super annoying cause it’s an easy problem to solve, and I would’ve gone somewhere else if I knew I didn’t have enough time before they closed.

A central meeting location for our group from Greeley and Windsor. Great coffee and service. On occasion, I enjoy a breakfast burrito or pastry. They are consistently excellent. I appreciate the points that result in discounts.

Really good coffee and burritos, great costumer service

I would come here more if there was a designated room quiet space. It’s a really cute space but a lot of people use it for catching up so it can get really loud at times. I think there is a way to break up the space to accommodate for both things. Overall, the service is usually good and the matcha is always delicious.

Worst service. They charged me a different price for my drink every day, it just got ridiculous. The surly cashier blamed it on me.

I never leave reviews like this however the barista that helped me out, Kadienne, made my experience here 10/10. I have very strict dietary restrictions and though she was busy and the only one working, she made sure my drink was exactly how I needed it to be. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and very very kind!

Good coffee, good chai. Do NOT get a bagel. Terrible half-stale store-bought bagels with a small tub of cream cheese that you put on yourself. And, when I was there, they were "out of butter." Wut.

Fun signature drinks that taste as good as their names. Are you a fan of mochas? Come get their Twisted Turtle and taste the twisted surprise flavor! Not into coffee? Get a smoothie, regular fruit flavors OR protein options too.

Nice cozy quiet lil coffee shop

They increased prices ages ago and yet still have not changed them on the blackboard nor in any flyers that are set out. I understand prices need to increase but the business should let customers know what the price is BEFORE they order based on the published prices. As well, it would be different if they had just now raised prices but their prices have been increased for quite a while with no notification until a barista is stuck again and again having to explain why the price on the register is SEVERAL dollars more than what a customer was “told” ahead of time. Very, very disappointing and has led me not to return to the business since I cannot trust what they publish, they don’t care to be honest with their customers, and they leave their baristas to have to take the heat from customers who are shocked by the price differential.

Great local coffee shop. Delicious soy milk lattes. Also have oat milk available. Have a small conference room available I believe with reservations. Indoor and outdoor seating and drive-through. Muffins and sweet breads available but no obvious vegan options.

This a dark and dingy coffee shop, self serve, poor lighting, dirty front entrance, a cold and unwelcoming shop, furniture, bare walls, felt like a prison coffee shop, ugh,,👎

Blue Mug has been my go-to spot for years, whether it’s for meeting up with friends or just getting some work done. They have delicious drinks, baked goods, and sandwiches - all of which are served in a wonderful atmosphere with incredible staff. If you haven’t made the Blue Mug your regular spot for coffee dates already, I recommend you do so now!

Latte, pancakes, and eggs were all very good. However ... you have to ask for everything ... silverware, salt and pepper, syrup, etc. And, if it gets busy the tables are crowded too close for comfort and any kind of private conversation... which is compounded by poor acoustics.

The Blue Mug is consistently great! Everyone is so friendly, and the owners have a great community presence in greeley. Even when busy and your beverage takes a little longer, the ambiance and kindness more than make you not mind staying. A great place to get together with friends.

My favorite coffee place and often crave it now that I no longer live there. I can always count on getting an amazing cup every time I come to visit. The flavors are consistent as well as delicious and the staff is always a friendly delight.

Visited her for the first time today and went through the drive thru (fantastic with a baby!) .. the girl was so friendly and helpful who took our order. My husband had “one of the best cold brews” he’s ever had and I got the vanilla lavender Royal mug and it was deliciousssss! We also got 2 tasty breakfast burritos. LOVED everything, we will be back! Ps our dogs loved the dog treats they gave too and they’re pretty picky!

This coffee shop is great for a quick drink or to take your time discuss business, have a sandwich and look at some local art. The t.e.c.o. breakfast begeal is amazing and the pesto really sets it apart from your typical breakfast

It's a nice cosy place. The staff is really friendly. The service is good. I've had several of their coffee's and muffins and they've always been fresh and tasty!

Great place all around! For all you tea drinkers- give the "London Fog" a try or their "Royal tea" just the right amount of sweetness!

Fantastic environment, staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Drip Coffee is good and roasted in-house. I'm taking a bag home. Decor supports what seems like a local painter? And other decor is trendy and chill. Great place to read or study or catch some friends. Seems it has three different corners that are a little more secluded if need be.

I love Blue Mug so much! I get a latte almost every day. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly and I look forward to seeing them every time I visit. My usual is an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. I also enjoy the cinnamon swirl tea latte!

Nice, quiet place to drink coffee and eat food. There seems to be a few small spaces that can be reserved for meetings. Not totally sure about that. Bottomless brews available and they roast their own beans!

I enjoyed this place, been here for a little while and I have never gone in, but I went in for this one time, the staff was great, the coffee was great, the snacks were really good and it was just a great atmosphere all together. I highly recommend this place

The blue mug is an excellent place to grab a cup of locally roasted coffee and have a chat with a friend. The menu isn't as extensive as some of the competitors but the local staff makes a huge difference. The blue mug doesn't feel corporate, and I've never felt like they have an agenda to push, unlike some others. They just offer a nice place for a cup of coffee, a latte, and a muffin or a sandwich if you want one. I can't think of a time I've had a bad experience, that kind of consistency is hard to find. I'll keep coming back.

The coffee is exquisite and delicately touches your food tasters in such a way that I can only imagine I am drinking happy angel tears that have rained down from the heavens. My saliva glands weep at the very thought of tasting this immaculate coffee. Not to mention that the prodigious service makes my day

Cute atmosphere and delicious house drinks. They have some more adventurous blends available as well as all the classic drinks. There are lots of places to sit, both secluded nooks and tables for group gatherings. The staff was helpful and friendly. They also have a selection of coffee-free drinks for kids, water and cups to the left of the counter, and fun music just loud enough to enable privacy and just quiet enough to easily hear friends at a normal speaking volume.

My experience at Blue Mug is better and better every time. I love the menu options of unique and delicious coffee, lattes, tea, and smoothies. The prices are great,the establishment is cozy, clean,and great for getting work done or visiting with friends. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful.

The Blue Mug serves up a very respectable cup of coffee.

The first time I stopped here, I picked up something which was advertised as a brownie, but really was a cookie. At least, it's hard and flinty shell have the impression that it was not a brownie. Or had started life as a brownie, but had endured trials and tribulations and now had this calloused exterior. But the next time I stopped by, we had these nice bagel sandwiches which you can see. Very tasty. Their coffee is great and the service is friendly. I will be returning to this coffee shop.

It's great coffee,and the people working are lovely yet there are only two people working,and it's very slow.

It's a normal coffee shop where they sell coffees, espressos, smoothies, teas, baked goods, etc. I always get the Dirty Chai, sugar free, which is a milky chai tea with espresso in it so I can't really say much about the rest of the selection except that they are very popular and vary from busy to having a few customers at all times. Pretty much standard good coffee shop service too, always friendly and if you dislike your drink they'll remake it for you. We really like the place and it's a good place to get together with friends.

This is my favorite of the 3 Blue Mug locations in Greeley. I love the cozy atmosphere and the baristas are very nice and have always made me great coffee. My favorite drink to order is the Royal Mug - the frozen version is especially refreshing.
