Charming little inn in a great setting. Clean, well maintained and fantastic service all around, from the front desk, room service, housekeeping, the restaurant and the spa.

Our team had the privilege of setting up drapes, uplighting, string lighting and some hanging star lanterns for a wedding over the weekend. The staff was very helpful and the venue was beautiful. We're already looking forward to our next event setup here!

Best kept secret near northern VA. This place is a gem. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, clean rooms/resort, and a great restaurant. It was very relaxing and fairly close to northern virginia.

My workplace booked The Inn at Willow Grove for couple day event. The staff was wonderful to work with in the planning stage of the event. Upon arrival our event attendees were greeted with wonderful service. The staff was also accommodating for the staggered arrivals of our guests. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The property is historic and peaceful. The drive from DC is worth it for the atmosphere provided. Rooms are beautiful and high end. Parking was great. The food provided for dinner and breakfast was excellent. The beignet service in the mornings was wonderful. Excellent for corporate events.

It was a pleasure to host a 3 day "Women's Summit" at the Inn at Willow Grove. The the venue was perfect, the service was exceptional, and the spa treatments were phenomenal. From being greeted with a glass of Prosecco, to having coffee or tea, with beignets delivered to your room each morning, and peaceful surrounding, we couldn't have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend for pleasure or business. You won't be disappointed!

Without question, our favorite place to stay in Virginia! Whether you are looking for a place to dine, a place to escape, or a place to host an event, the Inn at Willow Grove will provide an elegant experience during your stay. Not only is the Inn at Willow Grove a gorgeous venue, it is also located in the valley of Orange, Virginia with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. (You can sip your morning tea from the porch of one of the many private cottages and take in the serenity this special venue provides)… Between the beautiful views, the charming atmosphere, the delicious dinner/cocktail options, and the meticulously cleaned rooms, you are sure to be delighted when spending time at this Virginia treasure. Plan your visit today, it'll be oh-so worth it!

Please change the name of the street. My glorious, luxurious, amazing vacation was soured by: 1. The street name. I cannot in good conscience give this resort a rating based on the experience when they do not consider what it may be like to be a modern day Black person driving to visit the "Plantation". Please don't make this political. Just think about what it would be like. It takes little to change a street name. Willow Grove Road sounds better. 2. The checkout day- I felt like I was treated really well except on my last day. I feel like the experience should treat you well start to finish. Be sure to include a breakfast menu for the following morning (I still want to eat the morning I leave), a way to tip housekeeping if you don't have cash, and include a selection box on the breakfast menu for the last night's stay that denotes if you need help bringing your bags to the car at checkout. Overall, I had a great time. Pool, spa, restaurant, food by the pool, the turning up and turning down of my room. All of it great. But that street name and the last day of checkout both could use some work. I'd love to visit again once those updates are made. Thank you to the staff! [edit] : I LOVED my breakfast :) that's why I missed it so much on the last day. I didn't get a card in my room the last night. I assumed it was because it wasn't offered the last night. RE: tipping- I didn't see anywhere on the receipt to leave that tip. Granted he was on the phone with a potential client at the time, so I quickly checked out (but saw nowhere for tip line - I had called to ask about that earlier in the stay). RE: name of the street - :) well it looks like I may be back to enjoy myself next year once the team has successfully pushed the change. I believe in the team at Willow Grove. It is a shame we can't change history. Sadly, there are rippling consequences to the demeaning and dehumanization of an entire race or minority of people. We must show solidarity so as to not ever risk committing attrocities of that kind ever again. We are one. Perhaps you can put a notice on the website to notify clients of the struggle to change the street name. It would show solidarity. Thank you for your response :) P.S. prosecco upon checkin - don't recommend giving it to checking in client w/a vehicle to drive up to cottage. just have it waiting in the room :) spilled it all over my leather seats.

We love this inn and its restaurant. Always have a wonderfully relaxing time when we visit. Only complaints are that they have low-def TVs, which is weird for such an upscale place, and they’ve reduced the amount of coffee and beignets they serve in the mornings.

Fine That's the word I'd use to describe the experience. Food was amazing, the whole menu. Such level of attention to details. Impeccable service. Drinks were on point and wine selection - just great. We'd definitely return!

This was our first time visiting this beautiful Inn. Our room was not in the old Inn but was in a cottage on the property that looked like a small house. Our room was one of 2 on the downstair level. Our large windows looked out over a beautiful field that led to a wooded creek. All the grounds of the estate are truly beautiful and have walking paths. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated in a contemporary fashion. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable and faced the gas fireplace. A couple of chairs and a small table in front of the fireplace was a perfect spot to enjoy the freshly brewed coffee and warm beignet's brought to our door each morning. The restaurant at the Inn is a highlight of your stay here, be sure to make a reservation for dinner or Sunday brunch. The staff are knowledgeable, well trained , helpful and very friendly. I'm sure we will be back for another stay at this delightful Inn and the equally delightful Orange county!

10 of us went the to the Inn’s restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a fixed price menu with three courses, plus a little salad and delicious fresh baked bread. The wine list was from Spectator Wine choices. You could order turkey, fish, or filet mignon. I had the filet mignon that was so tender I hardly had to chew it. The portions were good and the side dishes with the entree were all different and tasty. The reason I gave only 4 stars was that the desserts were not up to par with the rest of the food. The offering was either carrot cake, a dark chocolate something or other, and a cheese board. The carrot cake was dry, the chocolate wasn’t dark, but the cheese board had good cheese. They obviously didn’t make the desserts in house with the rest of the food. It was other wise an elegant venue. Spectacular service and a delightful ambience. We will definitely do this again next year!
