Very friendly environment, speedy service, afford pricing and delicious food. Very quaint Cafe style diner.

The Southwest Skillet was a new item for me here, and it had a very nice kick to it without being too spicy.

This is a great spot for breakfast. They have an extensive menu, and their servings are generous. On this trip, I had the steak and eggs special, which were both cooked to order perfectly. Their breakfast potatoes are also quite tasty, and the service was great. I definitely recommend checking out The Paragon.

Paragon Family Restaurant has a variety of breakfast offerings. I was here for the Eggs Benedict. My review is only of the Benedicts, nothing else. The staff was polite and helpful. My waitress, Oy, took good care of me. With that in mind, I will let you know that have a "top ten" list for Benedicts. My rating is based on 3 weights : 70% = taste 20% = presentation 10% = price #1 - taste: They do use a thick piece of ham. The eggs were an almost perfect easy. The Hollandaise sauce was made from scratch and had a very distinctive flavor and taste but not just a plain yellow sauce. The reason I review Eggs Benedict is because of the difference in the flavor of the Hollandaise sauce. They do not have hash browns but have call "boiled, sliced and fried potatoes." They were browned like hash browns. #2 -presentation : It was great. #3-price: $13.59 is right in line with Bennys with hash browns. Coffee for $2.79 a cup which is lower then a lotta places. I also tried the biscuit and gravy. One of the best ever. Although it did not make my top 10 Eggs benedict list they are very good and worth the try.

10-18-23 Today stop by one of the top 3 cafe/restaurant on my favorite list. There several things that will keep customers coming back. Waitress (Bobbie, and others), chef, hostess, it’s a good crew to satisfy customers (even me). Every time I dine here everyone is very friendly and smiling. My biggest grip when eating out is food must hot not warm or cold, the restaurant down the Street (VI) really suck and it is the worst. My daughter and stopped there after not eating there for over 5 months. Food came everything was cold sent it back and just drank my some what warm coffee. My order at Paragon was hot with hot coffee and great services Thanks guys keep up the great service.. Dave

The portions are more than enough to fill you up and the food is good and served hot , if your looking for that old school Mom and Pop joint , this is your place. You won't be disappointed

Been in Greeley as long as I can remember and still one of the better places for sit down breakfast and opens earlier than most.

I love your restaurant and the food is very good. But the pricing on summer things is ridiculous. A cup of soup $5 when you don't have 50 cents into the whole cup,really!! Please let me know why the pricing on soup is so high!!

Eggs Benedict and veggie omelet: very good. Wait staff: very good. Unlimited tasty, hot coffee. Value for the money: very good. We arrived at 9am on Sunday morning. The line was starting to form. It moved fast, but the service never felt rushed!

Place is horrible nothing taste good at all I spent good amount for disgusting biscuits gravy switched out for another meal that ended up not tasting right either should be closed down actually

Went in for breakfast, put in our order and 40 minutes went by and nobody came to see if we needed anything. There was something floating in the water. There another server took one of our meals and nobody bothered to say anything. And we got a bad attitude from our server when we left. Didn't get our food and not even a sorry for everything. Very disappointed, will not be back

I ordered the steak dinner, with baked potatoe.. waitress who answered the phone stated I'd get the baked potato I got there and they only have mashed potatoes, the steak was dry. A waste of money

I really wish I would've had a better experience here. My biscuits and gravy came out cold, so I asked for a pancake instead and was looked at like I was an idiot. The servers aren't ultra friendly, but they are efficient as is the kitchen. The food is okay, not great, but decently priced for what it is.

It was really busy, and our waitress was over booked for tables but she did an outstanding job. The food was awesome. And we will definitely come back. More on menu to try!

Don't let the dated building fool you. The Paragon is a great tasting restaurant. The staff is friendly and took good care of us. We will be returning.

Off the main drag in Greeley, it's well worth looking up. A diner-like atmosphere but lots of choices. Great omelets (especially the "Hungry Man") and other favorites. We have only ever seen one waitress but she handles the room beautifully. Plus she is a hoot. We frequent many breakfast/lunch establishments in three states...this experience is in our top three.

Ordered a Gyro sandwich meal. The pita bread was completely mushy and soft like mashed potatoes. The French fries were soggy and cold from sitting on juices of vegetables that were not set separately. So $12 for the meal gone down the drain . I wish I could give you no stars cause this is horrible you have to be one of my favorite places now every time I go nothing but complications and poor quality. Never again. Guess it's only good for sensitive teeth people they like their food extra soft and soggy. Four thumbs down 👎

Wait staff was very attentive to our needs and took care of us very well. Portions were just the right size. My mother told me that this restaurant istront is busy all the time, which is a good thing. This time around, I would have to say, ' if good service was missing, I found where it went. Absolutely the best place to get top notch service. The food is very good and NOT overly salted. Our server has to be the best I have experienced in a long time.

I took my sister in law here for her birthday and we had a really nice lunch. She ordered a breakfast and I ordered a steak burrito. It was smothered in green chili and cheese. Both our meals were really good and our server was very attentive. We stayed and talked for an hour, and she kept our glasses full and didn't hurry us out. The decore hasn't been updated but it is clean, with good food and friendly staff.

In town just passing through. Ran across a review of this place. Figured I'd give it a try. Wow! Boy and I glad I did. I ordered the turkey club, with a side of peaches. The club was nothing fancy, but man was if about perfect. Perfectly toasted bread, just the right amount of mayo, fresh ingredients. And the fries! Perfectly cooked! Not greasy at all. I give this place a 5/5. It is exactly what you are looking for in a local diner. If I find myself this way again I will be sure to follow up.

Every time we come here the food is hot and the service is great. They stay on top of things to make sure that your meal is enjoyable. Parking is a bit of a pain depending on what time you are there but other than that it's a great place to get a bite to eat

Loved my carryout food It was super delicious! I will definitely dine in some time. It seemed cozy and comfortable with a mixed crowd of people. The potatoes are to die for. I only eat high carbs a couple of times a week at most (cheat day will be amazing 😅). This is a definite must try if you like really good breakfast food. Many Thanks🙏👍

Some friends came to visit us the night of October 30, so we took them out to breakfast on the morning of the 31st. The place we wanted to go to was closed, so we gave Paragon Family Restaurant a try. It was a good choice. I had the biscuits and gravy. I did not see any chunks of sausage in the gravy, but I know not everybody makes it with chunks of sausage. So I was slightly disappointed in that regard, but the flavor was still incredible. The biscuits were absolutely perfect. The last place I had biscuits they were compressed and firm. At the Paragon, the biscuits were light and fluffy and exactly what I want in a biscuit. My father ordered bacon and eggs and hashbrowns. He was told that they serve home fries rather than hashbrowns, but he placed the order anyway. Dad is not a big fan of home fries, so he left them behind, but for those of us who like home fries, these were very tasty. And he was very pleased with the bacon and eggs. One of our friends had a breakfast burrito. She said it was delicious. It was also gigantic. She ate about a third of it and took the rest with her for the drive to Omaha. Our other friend had just a single pancake, but she said it was very good. All the wait staff was dressed for Halloween. Our server was dressed as super mom. She was a super server. She had a great attitude, fun personality, speedy service, and a talent for forethought. When my friend took her burrito to go, the waitress included plastic utensil, so she could eat it in the car at a rest stop. Also, the waitress took the time to pose with us for a keepsake photograph. What a great experience. What a great place.
