Tasty bowl while also being healthy

I love this place. The atmosphere is great, the workers are friendly & the food is tasty.

My husband and I were very excited about trying the food at Vale. We drove 50 miles round trip to try this place and were about to walk in to an empty restaurant when we noticed a sign on the door that says "CASHLESS" it goes on to explain how its safer for their workers and other baloney. We left there of course, and went a couple doors down and had a delightful brunch at Keke's breakfast café who was more than willing to take our $40 cash.

Coco was awesome, she promptly greeted me, made my acai bowl and made sure that I had a wonderful day to come.

Amazing food and customer service.

Ordered food for pick up in an hour; apparently they ran out of pretty much all ingredients and didn’t bother to inform us until we got there to pick it up. And they wouldn’t issue a refund for whatever reason, so now we have to figure out how to get our money back. Horrible experience. Edit: After reaching out like the owner’s reply suggested and getting no reply, we ended up getting the charge reversed directly with the credit card company.

I had a very disappointing experience at Vale Food Co. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were no other customers, so I expected to receive my order promptly. I ordered a regular BYO bowl and had to wait for about 35 minutes. During this time, I noticed that other customers who arrived after me received their food before I did. I specifically mentioned that my order was for dine-in, but they packed it in a bag instead. When I got home, I realized they didn’t follow my order correctly. I asked for two servings of pilaf rice for a regular bowl, but they only included one. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. They seemed to treat me differently, which I found very upsetting. I did not expect this kind of service from this restaurant.

This place is great . I was having a hard day and I just came to see what this place was . I never seen anything like it . I love the food it’s amazing . I can hardly get full but this place has amazing burritos . Love it .

The food here is consistently great, with a focus on fresh, flavorful ingredients that satisfy a variety of palates. The menu has some excellent options, but I found myself wishing for a bit more variety to keep things exciting for regular patrons. One standout dish that I can't rave enough about is the dragonfruit acai bowl. It's not only visually stunning with its vibrant colors, but the combination of fresh dragonfruit, mixed berries, and granola creates a perfect harmony of flavors and textures. It's refreshing, healthy, and absolutely delicious—truly a must-try! On the meal side, I typically go for the regular bowl with kale ceasar and quinoa. Doesn't matter what proteins you throw in with those two as the foundation. Add mushrooms, onions, and peppers or broccoli, then finish it off with the spicy feta (or regular feta if you have a sensitive digestive tract) and voila! *chef's kiss* The perfect lunch! Vale restaurants in all locations could benefit from more diverse, healthy options, which would make the experience even better. Nevertheless, Vale remains a top choice for anyone looking for great-tasting, healthy food served by a team that genuinely cares about your dining experience. I look forward to my next visit!

I like the fact that they serve lots of veggie options. The store was also nice and clean. I used to go here all the time until they started being cashless. I went today out of just craving thier food they have a new menu and off less. I don't like the fact that if you only want veggies and no meat, you pay xtra, since you are just replacing. So my new place is Cava. It's good but just prefer a store that takes cash. I ordered a regular had 2 bases, 2 vegetables and instead 2 meats, I asked to replace it with vegetables . The total was 17.00 dollars.

First off symptomatic celiac so my choices are very limited. I’ve been to this location twice for lunch which was amazing. We live an hour away so I ordered for pickup and drove specifically to pick up dinner for date night 2 hrs total. Worst service and food! Makes me question returning again. First of all they had an entire hour to either cook or contact me they didn’t have my requested coconut chicken. I had to wait additional 15 mins while other customers ordered food to get my last protein not what I wanted but new choice added to my now cold plates of food. Literally only the added portion was hot on the plate. Cold noodles and rice yuck! Cold meat yuck! Burnt broccoli so black and tough you couldn’t chew it.

I absolutely love Vale: their açaí bowls and base/protein/veggie bowls are unmatched! I would say I come here at least 2-3 times a week. Highly recommend!!

I am a longtime supporter of vale. I frequent this establishment atleast once a week for an acai bowl and usually get a super. The recent times that I have been, the evening/night shift employees seem to hate their job, and not want to take my order. Despite this, I continue to come because I love the acai bowls and I believe that people have bad nights. I am leaving this review because I went tonight and was “helped” by the same two employees that to continue to seem to hate their job, and got all the way home only to find out the extra toppings I PAID FOR, We’re missing. How do you forget strawberries in an acai bowl? If I am paying over $15 for a bowl, I want what I PAID for. Vale please get it together. I have never had issues like this with this location before and I’m starting to despise one of my regular spots. I am more than happy to discuss this if a manager would reach out. Thank you.
