Wings are getting smaller and they have a tendency to give you all drumsticks maybe 1 flat. Won’t be going back. Do better Wing Shack!!

Less than 90 days ago this location messed up on our order twice. Totaling out to a $19 credit. Was told I had to call in to use it so I called in and was told it was not on there. Was told by Raelynn nothing could be done. In a lack of better words was told she can’t credit just because we call in and say we have a credit. There is no reason I would lie they can obviously see my account and see how many times we come in and how much money we spend. You would think something could be done. Instead I was just given the GMs number. I never write reviews but saw on here a review stating “ Raelynn was amazing she helped my and my boyfriend out when we only had 20 bucks” It’s crazy to me that you wouldn’t treat all customers the same. And pick and choose who you help out, especially when it was your employees who didn’t apply the credit correctly.

I went in to eat today, the food was amazing and the person that helped me Libby was so helpful, professional and welcoming. I’ve never dined in there and she made the whole experience. I will be coming back food was awesome.

WINGS?! NOT HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! We order at least once a week and pay over $100 each time. We are no longer ordering until they get wings that are bigger. YOU GET BITE SIZE WINGS THAT ARE DRY, SKIN, AND BONE. This goes for ALL wing shack locations! You are better off getting BLACKJACK wings that are juicy and huge!!!

First time ever coming and my friend got asked out... food was bomb, staff amazing and the ranch was to die for.

Wings are getting smaller and smaller. Their competition seems to use better wings that have more meat. I went back to Wing Shack recently and noticed the size of their wings has changed for the better much more meat on them. Happy to see the listen to customers I will repeat business now.

Walked in for a nice meal when after we already placed our order the employee tells us "so you guys know we close in an hour".... ummmm ok? We are already here and you just took our order so we will enjoy our meal, thank you. Meanwhile the ENTIRE TIME we are trying to eat the staff mopped around us and cleaned the entire restaurant around all the people that were still eating. That is so rude, unsanitary, and dangerous to be cleaning around your customers while they're trying to enjoy a meal they just paid for!! They didn't close for AN HOUR besides since when did restaurants not wait until after hours to clean?! I don't understand.

Hands down, the West Greeley Wimg Shack is our favorite! Tonight we decided to dine-in and didn't regret it. Raelynn and her staff were amazing. Our wings were perfect and the beer was cold. Highly recommend driving out west for this location.

absolutely terrible the amount of seasoning in my burrito made it unbearable to eat even after scraping what i could out of it definitely not impressed at all like whoever made my burrito decided to just dump the whole jar of seasoning into the burrito

We order from this location frequently. The food is always good, however since doing sauces separately, I often don’t get my veggie nuggets sauce. I’ve driven back a few times to get it while my family eats without me. I asked for an extra one this last order hoping that would maybe help, but I only got one sauce. I also paid for a cheese sauce for the fries twice and never got them. Hard to check since the bag is always tied up tight.

If you’re looking for a sign not to go, this is it.

We put in an online order for 80 wings for a party we were hosting. After submitting the order online, I called to confirm the order & pick up time. I even called a second time 15 minutes prior to pick up to confirm that things were on track. When I arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time, I was told that a man had just come in and picked up my order. Without requiring a name or phone number, they gave my entire $90 prepaid order away to some rando that just dropped in & claimed it! After showing our ID and explaining that we had no affiliation with the man that they gave our order to (without requiring any kind of verification), we had to sit and wait while they remade our entire order. There was no compensation at all-they didn’t even refund our $15 tip. Bummer for us. Bummer for them. They are the best wings in town (especially their garlic hot!)-and they did what they could to remake the order quickly-it just stinks that this is the world we live in.

Ordered for pick up on NYE. Order was correct, it was easy to pick up, staff was friendly even though they were slammed & food tasted great.

I was hesitant to order online, but it was early Sunday morning and that was my only option. Navigating the online order site was a breeze. It’s the best one that I’ve ever used. It also included an option to decline utensils and napkins. Much easier than a phone call by far!!!!

The food was as expected however. The last 3 times I've ordered on line and was told a pick up time I show up after that time and still have to wait an addition 10-20 minutes .
